Bulk Object Updater (BOU): Form Subtasks now show which fields are mandatory. We also added a Form filter to the Extended Attribute (EA) filters for non-admin users to align with their access control and permission settings.
-
Finance Manager: You can now export a subset of payments that appear in a grid page view.
-
Regional Admin Permissions: Enterprise-level admins can now delegate select levels of functionality to “Regional Admins” for Schedule Templates.
-
Request Revision: A Fees Required setting now appears to Project Managers.
Improvements and issues fixed
Component | Summary | Reference # |
---|---|---|
Assets | Administrators can now ask Accruent to set a Portfolio Configuration to restrict users from seeing lower-level assets in site grids and in the left navigation. This setting was previously available via a feature toggle. | SP-52796 |
BOU | Form Subtasks now indicate which fields are mandatory. |
SP-52723 |
BOU | We added a Form filter to the Extended Attribute (EA) filters for non-admin users. This filter ensures they can only select EAs to which they have access and that are part of the selected form. | SP-52814 |
Export, Finance Manager, Payments |
You can now export payment lines based on a selection if the view is set as Custom Export. If Export payment lines is selected, only the selected approved payment lines in the system are exported. |
SP-53112 |
Leases: Escalations |
Siterra 23.3 introduced the following system behavior: the escalation that starts on February 28 of a leap year creates an incremental line to a paid/canceled payment line that ends on the start date of the escalation. A new Portfolio Configuration setting is available to revert that behavior to the way it worked before. |
SP-53036 |
Payments | We fixed an issue that caused new values from new lines to be incorrect when creating escalations on a previously exported/paid line. | SP-52713 |
Permissions |
Admin users can now allow a non-admin user, role, or group to access and use Schedule Templates with granular controls for the Create, Modify, View, and/or Delete options from the Admin page. This feature provides a way of restricting their scope to affect only the data to which they already have access. We now refer to users with any of these delegated permissions as “Regional Admins.” |
SP-51325 |
Revisions | In Request Revision, a Fees Required setting now appears to Project Managers. | SP-52819 |
